INTISARI
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh upah minimum,
pendidikan, dan kesehatan terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja sepuluh Provinsi di
Indonesia pada tahun 2012-2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder berupa
data panel yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). Data yang dimaksud
yaitu Produktivitas Tenaga Kerja yang diperoleh dari perhitungan PDRB ADHK
2010/angkatan kerja yang bekerja, Upah minimum yang diproksi dengan Upah
Minimum Provinsi, Pendidikan yang diproksi dengan Rata-rata Lama Sekolah, dan
Kesehatan yang diproksi dengan Angka Harapan Hidup Sepuluh Provinsi di
Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa upah minimum, pendidikan,
dan kesehatan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas
tenaga kerja Sepuluh Provinsi di Indoenesia pada tahun 2012-2021.

ABSTRAK
This study aims to analyze the effect of minimum wages, education and
health on labor productivity in ten provinces in Indonesia in 2012-2021. This study
uses secondary data in the form of panel data obtained from the Central Bureau of
Statistics (BPS). The data referred to are Labor Productivity obtained from the
2010 ADHK PDRB calculation/work force, Minimum Wage proxied by Provincial
Minimum Wage, Education proxied by Average Years of Schooling, and Health
proxied by Life Expectancy of Ten Provinces in Indonesia. The results of this study
indicate that minimum wages, education and health have a positive and significant
impact on the labor productivity of Ten Provinces in Indonesia in 2012-2021.
