ORGANIK CAIR DAN KOMPOSISI MEDIA TANAM

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengetahui hasil interkasi antar konsentrasi
pupuk organik cair dan komposisi media tanam terhadap pertumbuhan bibit kelapa
sawit di pre - nursery. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan September 2022 - Januari
2023 di rumah paranet, kebun praktek Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Pembangunan
Nasional “Veteran” Yogyakarta, Condong Catur, Depok, Sleman. Metode penelitian
yang digunakan adalah percobaan lapangan dengan menggunakan rancangan Split -
Plot yang diulang sebanyak 3 kali. Konsentrasi pupuk organik cair sebagai main plot
(petak utama), terdiri dari 3 aras yaitu 4 ml/L, 6 ml/L, 8 ml/L. Komposisi media tanam
sebagai sub plot (anak petak), terdiri dari 3 aras yaitu Tanah : Pupuk kotoran ayam :
Arang sekam (1:2:1), (2:1:1), (1:1:2). Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis sidik
ragam (ANOVA) dengan taraf 5% dan dilanjutkan dengan uji DMRT taraf 5%.
Terdapat interaksi pada perlakuan kombinasi komposisi media tanam 1:1:2 dengan
konsentrasi pupuk organik cair 6 ml/L pada parameter tinggi tanaman umur 16 MST
dan diameter batang umur 16 MST. Perlakuan komposisi media tanam terbaik ada
pada komposisi 1:1:2 pada parameter tinggi tanaman umur 16 MST. Perlakuan
konsentrasi pupuk organik cair pada semua parameter tidak berpengaruh nyata pada
pertumbuhan bibit kelapa sawit di tahap pre – nursery .

IN THE PRE-NURSERY STAGE TO LIQUID ORGANIC FERTILIZER
CONCENTRATION AND PLANTING MEDIA COMPOSITION

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the results of interaction between the composition of
planting media with the concentration of liquid organic fertilizer on the growth of oil
palm seedlings in the pre-nursery. The research was carried out in September 2022 -
January 2023 at the paranet house, the practice garden of the Faculty of Agriculture,
Universitas Pembangunan Nasional "Veteran" Yogyakarta, Condong Catur, Depok,
Sleman. The research method used was a field experiment using the Split - Plot design
which was repeated 3 times. The concentration of liquid organic fertilizer as the main
plot, consists of 3 levels, namely 4 ml / L, 6 ml / L, 8 ml / L. The composition of the
planting medium as a sub-plot (sub-plot), consists of 3 levels, namely Soil: Fertilizer
for chicken otoran: Husk charcoal (1: 2: 1), (2: 1: 1), (1: 1: 2). The data was analyzed
using fingerprint analysis (ANOVA) with a level of 5% and followed by a DMRT test
with a level of 5%. There is an interaction in the treatment of the composition of the
planting media 1: 1: 2 with a concentration of liquid organic fertilizer of 6 ml / L on
the parameters of plant height aged 16 MST and stem diameter aged 16 MST. Thebest
treatment of planting media turnover is in the composition of 1: 1: 2 on the height
parameter of plants aged 16 MST. Liquid organic fertilizer concentration treatment on
all parameters had no real effect on the growth of oil palm seedlings in the pre-nursery
stage.
