RINGKASAN
EVALUASI STIMULASI PEREKAHAN HIDRAULIK PADA
SUMUR “Y-17” LAPANGAN “HF”

Sumur Y-17 merupakan sumur baru yang terletak di Lapangan HF PT Pertamina
Hulu Rokan WK Rokan. Sumur ini memiliki problem pada permeabilitasnya yang
rendah yaitu sebesar 6.6 mD. Untuk mengantisipasi agar produktivitas sumur baik
kedepannya, maka langsung dilakukan hydraulic fracturing pasca pemboran.
Hydraulic fracturing sudah didesain dan dilaksanakan pada Sumur Y-17 di
lapangan. Evaluasi perlu dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah pelaksanaan
hydraulic fracturing pada Sumur Y-17 sudah berhasil atau tidak.
Dalam evaluasi hydraulic fracturing pada Sumur Y-17 dilakukan dengan
mengumpulkan data yang dibutuhkan seperti data reservoir, mekanika batuan, well
completion, post job report, dan data produksi. Kemudian dilakukan analisis
perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan hasil pelaksanaan hydraulic fracturing. Geometri
rekahan yang terbentuk dievaluasi dengan perhitungan manual menggunakan
metode PKN 2D yang kemudian dibandingkan dengan hasil aktual. Selain itu,
dilakukan perhitungan permeabilitas rata-rata formasi dengan metode Howard and
Fast, peningkatan produktivitas formasi dengan metode Cinco-Ley, Samaniego,
dan Dominique, serta menentukan grafik inflow performance relationship (IPR)
menggunakan metode Darcy dengan bantuan software pipesim untuk IPR sebelum
perekahan dan metode Pudjo Sukarno untuk IPR setelah perekahan.
Dari evaluasi yang dilakukan, hasil perhitungan manual geometri rekahan
menggunakan metode PKN 2D menunjukkan bahwa panjang rekahan (Xf) dan
lebar rekahan (wf) lebih besar dibandingkan hasil aktual. Setelah dilakukan
perhitungan, didapatkan peningkatan permeabilitas dari kondisi awal 6.6 mD
menjadi 63.34 mD. Adapun perhitungan productivity index menunjukkan kenaikan
PI 5.1 kali untuk perhitungan manual. Dalam menentukan kurva IPR, terjadi
peningkatan laju produksi dari 51 BOPD menjadi 238 BOPD. Dari evaluasi yang
dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa hydraulic fracturing yang dilaksanakan pada
sumur Y-17 lapangan HF berhasil.

ABSTRACT
EVALUATION OF HYDRAULIC FRACTURE STIMULATION IN
“Y-17” WELL “HF” FIELD

The Y-17 well is a new well located in the HF field of PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan
WK Rokan. This well has a problem with its low permeability of 6.6 mD. To
anticipate good well productivity in the future, hydraulic fracturing was performed
immediately after drilling. Hydraulic fracturing has been designed and
implemented at Well Y-17 in the field. Evaluation needs to be done to find out
whether the implementation of hydraulic fracturing in the Y-17 Well has been
successful or not.
The evaluation of hydraulic fracturing at the Y-17 Well is carried out by collecting
the required data such as reservoir data, rock mechanics, well completion, post job
report, and production data. Then the planning, implementation and results of
hydraulic fracturing implementation are analyzed. The fracture geometry formed
is evaluated by manual calculation using the 2D PKN method which is then
compared with the actual results. In addition, the average permeability of the
formation was calculated using the Howard and Fast method, the increase in
formation productivity using the Cinco-Ley, Samaniego, and Dominique methods,
and determining the inflow performance relationship (IPR) graph using the Darcy
method with the help of pipesim software for IPR before fracturing and the Pudjo
Sukarno method for IPR after fracturing.
From the evaluation carried out, the results of manual calculation of fracture
geometry using the 2D PKN method show that the fracture length (Xf) and fracture
width (wf) are greater than the actual results. After the calculation, an increase in
permeability was obtained from the initial condition of 6.6 mD to 63.34 mD. The
productivity index calculation shows an increase in PI of 5.1 times for manual
calculation. In determining the IPR curve, there was an increase in production rate
from 51 BOPD to 238 BOPD. From the evaluation carried out, it can be concluded
that hydraulic fracturing carried out at the Y-17 well in the HF field was successful.
