Abstract

RINGKASAN
PERENCANAAN STIMULASI HYDRAULIC FRACTURING
PADA SUMUR “FN-04” LAPANGAN “SNR”

Perencanaan stimulasi hydraulic fracturing dilatarbelakangi oleh
rendahnya permeabilitas, indeks produktivitas yang rendah dan laju produksi yang
kecil sehingga perlu ditentukan hasil skenario terbaik pada saat merancang
hydraulic fracturing.
Metode pengerjaan dimulai dengan mengevaluasi permeabilitas rendah
dan produktivitas rendah yang dilanjutkan dengan merencanakan hydraulic
fracturing yang meliputi penentuan geometri rekahan, penentuan proppant,
penentuan fluida perekah, penentuan tekanan pompa, rate pompa dan waktu
pemompaan. Untuk menganalisa keberhasilan perencaanan ini maka dilakukan
prediksi peningkatan performance setelah perekahan yang meliputi perhitungan
permeabilitas rata-rata, fold of increase, dan IPR.
Hasil yang telah dilakukan menggunakan simulator dengan penentuan
geometri rekahan metode KGD didapatkan panjang rekahan sebesar 65,2 ft
dengan tinggi rekahan sebesar 116 ft dan konduktifitas rekahan sebesar 28862
md.ft. Fluida perekah yang digunakan yaitu YF135.1HTD berjenis crosslinker
dengan ukuran proppant 12/18 mesh. Total waktu injeksi sebesar 17 menit dengan
rate pemompaan konstan sebesar 20 bpm dan tekanan injeksi permukaan 4811 psi.
Dari prediksi peningkatan performance setelah perekahan didapatkan peningkatan
permeabilitas rata rata dari 5,7 md naik menjadi 12,09 md, peningkatan indeks
produktivitas dari 1,3 naik menjadi 2,01 dan peningkatan laju produksi dari 31
bopd naik menjadi 133 bopd. Sehingga dapat dikatakan perencanaan hydraulic
fracturing pada sumur “FN-04” berhasil.

Design for hydraulic fracturing stimulation is motivated by low
permeability, low productivity index and small production rate, so it is necessary
to determine the best scenario results when designing hydraulic fracturing.
Working method begins with evaluating low permeability and low
productivity, followed by planning hydraulic fracturing which includes
determining fracture geometry, determining proppant, determining fracturing
fluid, determining pump pressure, pump rate and pumping time. In order to
analyze the success of this plan, a prediction of the increase in performance after
fracturing is carried out which includes calculating the average permeability, fold
of increase, and IPR.
Results that have been carried out using a simulator with the
determination of the fracture geometry using the KGD method obtained a fracture
length of 65,2 ft with a fracture height of 116 ft and a fracture conductivity of
28862 md.ft. The fracturing fluid used is YF135.1HTD of the crosslinker type with
a proppant size of 12/18 Mesh. The total injection time is 17 minutes with a
constant pumping rate of 20 bpm and a surface injection pressure of 4811 psi.
From the predicted increase in performance after fracturing, it was found that the
average permeability increased from 5,7 md to 12,09 md, the productivity index
increased from 1,3 to 2,01 and the production rate increased from 31 bopd to 133
bopd. So it can be said that the planning of hydraulic fracturing on the "FN-04"
well was successful.
