INTISARI
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Produk Domestik
Regional Bruto dan Pengeluaran Perkapita terhadap Upah Minimum Provinsi di
Pulau Jawa tahun 2020-2021. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang
terdiri dari variabel Produk Domestik Regional Bruto dan Pengeluaran Perkapita.
Data yang digunakan bersumber Badan Pusat Statistik. Analisis data yang
digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi data panel model fixed
effect (FEM) dengan metode Ordinary Least Square (OLS) menggunakan bantuan
program EVIEWS versi 9. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Produk
Domestik Regional Bruto pada tahun sebelumnya (t-1) berpengaruh positif
signifikan terhadap Upah Minimum Provinsi di Pulau Jawa. Pengeluaran
Perkapita pada tahun sebelumnya (t-1) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap
Upah Minimum Provinsi di Pulau Jawa.
Kata Kunci: Produk Domestik Regional Bruto, Pengeluaran Perkapita, dan Upah

ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the effect of Gross Regional Domestic Product and Per
Capita Expenditures on the Provincial Minimum Wage in Java Island in 2020-
2021. This research is a quantitative study consisting of the variables of Gross
Regional Domestic Product and Per Capita Expenditures. The data used comes
from the Badan Pusat Satistik Central. The data analysis in the study was panel
data regression analysis using the fixed effect model (FEM) with the Ordinary
Least Square (OLS) model employing the program of EVIEWS version 9. The
results of this study showed that the Gross Regional Domestic Product in the
previous year (t-1) had a significant positive effect on the Provincial Minimum
Wage in Java Island. Per capita spending in the previous year (t-1) had a
significant positive effect on the Provincial Minimum Wage in Java Island.
