Abstract
The purpose of this experiment was to determinate the best concentration of NaCl primed solution and dosage of cows manure fertilizers which has improved the quality of carrot seeds,growth and its yield. The experiment was carried out at Plant Breeding Laboratory of Agriculture Faculty and Pakem, Sleman, Yogyakarta. The research had two experiment. The first experiment was laboratory experiment and arranged in Randomized Complete Design with 4 replications.The first factor was the concentration of NaCl primed solution, consisted 4 levels:0,50,100 and 150 mM.The second factor was the dosage of cows manure fertilizer, consisted 3 levels: 10,20 and 30 ton/ha. The result of the experiment: showed that the concentration of NaCl primed solution could not improved the seed vigor yet. The concentration NaCl l00mM and dosage of cows manure fertilizer: 20 ton/ha resulted the best leaf stems number on 8 weeks after plant and tuber fresh weight per plot.
