Abstract

The background to developing competencies for traditional oil miners is due to conflicts that occur in the field. Competency development focuses on the occupational health and safety of oil miners where the work location includes those who have high occupational risks, as well as entrepreneurial skills. The purpose of this study is to increase awareness of traditional oil miners in Wonocolo Village regarding occupational health and safety and to lead to the formation of entrepreneurial villages as a form of optimizing village resources. The basic research method used in this study is descriptive analytical method, with 197 people as the research sample.
