Abstract

was an effort to mobilize community to develop region potential to improve the Incomes and welfare. The program considered three important aspects,Including (1) Results:Business and Technology Incubator that was professionally managed to create Jobs and Improve social welfare.(2) Value-added:Business and Technology Incubator would be able to provide added value to the economy (3) Best practices:best practice implementation of Business and Technoloay Incubator could be a lesson or a reference material in replicating the business incubator
The program implementation was carrled out in three stages.(1)Pre Incubatlon:selected some tenant or SMEs who meet the criteria became the object of KKN PPM. (2) The process of Incubation was a process in which tenants who had passed the selection to recelve and obtain special treatment in the context of capacity bullding. (3)Post-Incubation was the stage where the tenant that had completed Incubation but still needed the incubator services.Besides those programs,there were also companion programs in each villagc.
