Abstract

The purpose of this research were to analyze the effect of innovation capability like leadership orientation,types of innovation, source of innovation and investment of innovation on Operation performance. Data was collected with survey methods.Questionare was distributed to 43 companies. Then data was analyzed using multiple regression analysis and MANOVA.Result of of the research showed the all dimension of innovation capability have the influence that was significant toward to the operation performance for simultant but not significant for partial.Result of this research indicated that ownerlthe manager of small and medium enterprises in the industry uses all dimension to be able to increase operation performance as simultan.and there are founded different innovation capability from the age of operation.
