Abstract

This research aim to know empirically relation between IOS by financing and dividend with free cash flow ns control variable at natural manufacturing business 0f improvement of IOS. Research conducted to 73 manufacturing business 0f go public in Bursa Efek Indonesia. In measuring IOS used by proxy constructively analyse factor, here in after result of the proxy isn't it by financing and dividend with multiple regression with free cash flow as control variable, Result of research indicate that : Uji F, 2002-2005 and pooling data, variable proxy IOS and free cash flow influence significant by financing and dividend. Uji t, 2002 - 2005, variable proxy IOS influence significant by financing and pooling data influence not significant by financing. Uji £, 2002-2005 and pooling data variable proxy IOS influence significant by dividend.
