Abstract

This study examines to dividend per share, retained earnings, book value
and total debt on stock price: approximation valuation model. Data in this study are manufacture firms listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2005 — 2008. Linear regression analysis used to analysis this data. Result of regression analysis finds that dividend per share, retained earnings, book value and total debt on stock price have significant effect to stock price. Dividend per share and book value have significant effect in partial to stock price and retained earnings and total debt has no significant effect in partial to stock price.
