Abstract

ABSTRAK
Keberadaan facial wash yang semakin hari semakin beragam membuat penggunanya
kesulitan dalam menentukan produk yang tepat dan sesuai dengan tipe kulit wajah. Penggunaan
produk yang tidak sesuai akan menyebabkan facial wash tidak mampu bekerja secara maksimal
dalam membersihkan kulit. Sistem rekomendasi facial wash pernah dibuat berdasarkan tipe
kulit wajah yang terbatas yaitu tipe kulit wajah normal, kering, dan berminyak menggunakan
Metode Promethee II, Fuzzy Logic, dan SAW. Metode-metode tersebut memberikan hasil yang
kurang maksimal dan tidak mampu mempertimbangkan kepentingan masing-masing kriterianya.
Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, diperlukan sistem rekomendasi facial wash
berdasarkan semua tipe kulit wajah yaitu normal, kering, berminyak, kombinasi, dan sensitif
menggunkan metode AHP dan kombinasi AHP dan SAW agar dapat mempertimbangkan nilai
kepentingan masing-masing kriteria. Pada penelitian ini, digunakan 4 data kriteria yaitu harga,
rating, kandungan, dan jangkauan, serta 70 data alternatif berupa data facial wash yang
dikumpulkan dari responden wanita pengguna facial wash.
Berdasarkan sensitivitas yang diujikan pada kedua metode, hasil pengujian menunjukkan
bahwa kombinasi Metode AHP dengan SAW memberikan persentase sensitivitas lebih tinggi
yaitu sebesar 67,51%, sedangkan Metode AHP murni memberikan persentase sensitivitas
sebesar 59,26%. Hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa metode kombinasi AHP dengan SAW
merupakan metode yang lebih baik dalam merekomendasikan facial wash.

ABSTRACT
The existence of more diverse facial washes makes it difficult for users to decide the right
product that suits their facial skin type. Hence, the use of product that doesn’t suit the skin type
won’t work optimally in cleaning the skin. Facial wash recommendation system has been
created based on limited skin types which are normal, dry, and oily using Promethee II, Fuzzy
Logic, and SAW methods. Those methods provide less than optimal results and are unable to
consider the importance of each criteria.
To prevent any problem, a facial wash recommendation system is needed based on all types
of facial skin (normal, dry, oily, combination, and sensitive) using the AHP method and the
combination of AHP and SAW to be able to consider the importance of each criteria. 4 criterias
were used in this research (price, rating, ingredients, and availability) and 70 alternatives (facial
wash data) that were collected from facial wash users.
Based on the sensitivity testing, the results show that the combination of AHP and SAW
produced higher sensitivity percentage of 67,51%, while AHP method produced a sensitivity
percentage of 59,26%. This proves that the combination of AHP and SAW method is a better
method in recommending facial wash.
