Abstract
The use of chemical fertilizer on acid soil of marginal land is not efficient. The research developed a bio-organo-mineral fertilizers which concist of mineral, organic material ,and organism of solubilizing of P and K. The mineral material covers local rock phosphate and feldspar as source of phosphor and potassium, and also zeolite for increasing an alkaline elements and minimize the loss of N. The purpose of this study to create a prototype of bio organo-mineral fertilizer. Method of characterizing materials mineral by using XRD and chemical analysis includes a concentration of P, K and Ca, (P, K water and citric acid soluble and soluble on HCl 25%), whereas the chemical properties of organic materials of gliricidae, azolla, straw, cow and chicken manure on element of N, C, and P. Selection of microorganisms solubilazing of P and K is derived f rom a variety of sources, both in acidic environments such as andisol Dieng, peat, soil and water at the site of Sikidang crater, and within th e rhizosphere of plants above zeolite and rock phosphate as well as cow manure. The composition of the material of bioorgano- mineral fertilizers are based on consideration of the results of the analysis of the chemical properties of materials. The process of making the prototype fertilizer using composting method.
