The purpose of this study is to examine the natural ingredient as organic fertilizer for cultivation of mustard. The research methode used was a field trial of the factors that arranged in a completely randomized design with three replicafions. The treatment consisted of 14 treatments. They were: chicken manure; casting fertilizer; LOF 1; LOF2, LOF3; LOF4; chicken manure+LOF1; casting fertilizer+LOF1; chicken manure+LOF2; casting fertilizer+L chicken manure+LOF3; casting fertilizer+LOF2OF3; chicken manure+LOF4; casting fertilizer+LOF4. The results showed showed that the use of chicken manure or casting fertilizer with the addition of POC I (urine), POC 2 (milk), POC 3 (bamboo root} or POC 4 (Crotalaria juncea) provides growth plant height, leaf number, fresh weight, weight dry, and the mustard plant root volume heavier than the single use of the fertitizer. Solid fertilizer from chicken manure gives mustard growth which is not significantly different from casting fertilizer and liquid organic fertilizer made from urine, milk, bamboo root, and Crotalaria juncea
