Abstract
ABSTRACT
With growth of technology in agriculture, increasing of crop quality can be conducted through genetic engineering, by manipulation of DNA yielding product recognized with transgenic crop. Transfer of gene into genome of crop shall really useful gene and can be justified by ethic and religion. Transgenic crop have potency to assist to overcome the problem of food to fulfill requirement which always increase. Beside have positive value of crop of transgenic, there are care have negative. impact to health of human being, environmental, variety, and health of human being and also economic impact of farmer. Therefore,require to be considered by various principles ofbioethics carefulness. principle and before transgenic crop used and commercialized.
