Abstract

On the ore prospecting, for searching potential area, firstly with make sampling and then mapping ore elements
There are many methods for mapping element distribution in the earth. Mathematical models as a part of methods
for localising element distribution, so give acceleration and solution of works, specially in exploration and
prospect works on large area.
Mathematical model is a mathematical data processing to describe a systematic variation of variables, or group of
variables, in a plane using polynomial regression equation.
The polynomial regression applied to divide spatial variable data in two components, i.e. function trend or fitting
(as regional anomaly) and residual component (as local anomaly). The problems in data interpretation as an effect
of irregular data distribution can be reduced by using mathematical function polynomial regression. The advantage
polynomial regression was competent for fitting any fluctuation data (grade Cu) until n-order.
Following is to proceed with statistical test to define degree of suitable and significance for the used polynomial
function. The result of this research shown that 3
