Abstract

Exploration activity was one activity that gambling aspect and high risk. Risk loss is even since searching
area, survey and data record, interpretation until recommendations. There is not sure in exploration, it
even probable. So, it have risk management strategy for work efficiency, effectives used of methods and
technology, for reduce of risk by give opportunities for take final conclusion every times, or alternatives
before the big loss will be even.
Risk analysis and evaluation consist of operational risk (drilling operation) and data risk (data analysis
and interpretation). Operational risk can easy to calculated, so will been risk prevention and controlled,
than for data risk (analysis and interpretation was wrong) must be evidenced by drilling examination with
minimize spacing or ascending of new drill holes every cross section drill holes.
Application preferred exploration methods and seeing ores behavior with genetic, geometry and grade
distribution can reduce risk loss, at survey or data records so far final recommendations.
