Abstract

Macro economic of Indonesia showed that agroindustry that base on veterinity or animal husbandy shown increase in the last Decade in Indonesia. In Gross Domestic Product (GDP), the sector of veterinity in agriculture product contribute more than 12%/year. In the other hand it also contribute on the absorbsed of employment in labour market. It showed significant increased: 6 % (in 2005), 11% (in 2008) and 14,2% (in 2013) (Dirjennak, 2009). This condition is also influent to development of veterinity industry in local area, including Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, Central Java. The aim of this study is to analyze the concept of the development of veterinity agroindustry, especially is meat agroindustry by using WOTS Analysis. All of the methode of study closed by descriptve analysis model. In the end of the study we conclude that four Strategic will be done to get the goal of sustainability of agriculture in the Future time. There are :1). S-0 Strategic according with improving of production of meat and its derivates; 2). W-0 Strategic improving of capital scheme; 3) S-T Strategic by improving the role of cooperation and stackholder to support this agroindustry and; 4) W-T Strategic is improving the quality of technology and Information system. The end of this to study we conclude if all the strategic will be doing well, soo we can reach the goal af the sustainability in veterinity industry.
