Abstract
Marketing of Agricultural Product Base on Preference of Consumer of Modern Market in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY). The aim of the research is to study about marketing of agricultural product base on preference of consumer of modern market in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY). Preference of consumer is the goal of product market, because it was showed the value of product to give satisfaction to the consumer's of good or services. The method of the research is survey, wherever accidental sampling is done to close the objection of this research. Superindo Supermarket was chosen as location of the research because Superindo is the biggest supermarket in DIY. The measurement of consumer preference, we used 5 (five) parameter: 1.Perception for agricultural product especially fruits 2. Perception for the Quality of fruits 3. Empathy of consumer in safety of environmental 4. Income of Householder 5. The age of the consumer. In the end of the research showed that all of the parameter can influence consumer preference more than 50%.
