Abstract
Indonesia’s foreign exchange reserves are essential for the settlement of all foreign transactions as well as other foreign obligations. Therefore it is necessary to understand how the foreign exchange reserves are getting more and more. This paper discusses the influence of domestic economic variables on the growth of Indonesia's foreign exchange reserves. This paper describes the analysis influence of domestic economic variable to Indonesia’s foreign exchange reserves. The time series data based from 1995 until 2016 used in the error correction model-ECM to analyze the influence of domestic economic variable. It is found that only the stock price index - Indek Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) that influences of Indonesia's foreign exchange reserves.
