Abstract
This study aims to identify the centers of MSMEs in DIY is the potential to be developed as a cluster. Selection of centers based on an analysis of the sector
which is a potential. From the center which has developed into a cluster will be identified further whether the cluster that has formed has a competitive edge based on internal and external conditions. Subsequently prepared draft policies in order to enhance the competitiveness of SMEs in DIY.
