Abstract
This study aims to analyze the pattern and structure of economic growth and disparities inter-region districts in Sleman Regency. In addition this study will testing Kuznets hypothesis about the relation between economic growth and disparities inter region in Sleman Regency. The study was conducted using secondary data using Williamson index, data correlation and regression method. Williamson index is used to measure disparities inter-region. Theresults showed (i) Based on the correlation analvsis shows the variables of economic growth have positive correlate with number of regional disparities (ji) Based on the regression analysis shows the variables of growth have a positive effect on the number of regional disparities in Sleman Regency, and (it) regional disparities is increasing andKuznets hypothesis until this time is effective in Sleman Regency
