Abstract

This research aimed to analyze disparity of economic development in DIY Province between Regency. The data was analyzed with entropy Theil Indeks and the proof of Kuznets Hypothesis. From the research, can conclusion that i nentropiTheilIndex g o tD I YProvinceh a v eincreasingdisparityi neconomicdevelopmentb o t hp r ea n d p o s t autonomy. Disparityh as increased even after enactment of regional autonomy. Based on entropy Theil Index, DIY Province of Yogyakarta Special Region is categorized based on Kuznets Hypothesis.
