Abstract

The quality and quantity are not the same between production and consumption that was indicated by the decreasing of land productivity, increasing amount of popilation, and changing of people's food preference have made food problem seriously. This phenomenon needs to be solved. One of the solution is a optimalization of local food. Ecosystem's variation have produce some kinds of food production capability. We can use it to cope people dependence on rice and another food by commercial imports. One of efforts to utilize local food has made the household as the basic of consumption pattern change in local food. It can make natural harmonization, that is equilibrium condition between production and consumption place. The households in the village which have some kinds of local foods as the form food consumption pattern change.
