Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Economic Growth (cDP), the General Allocation Fund (DAU), and
revenue (PAD) on Capital Expendltures, with samples of the whole province of lndonesia in 2006-2008. Data
sourced from the Provincial budget realization report throughout lndonesia in the form of reports on the
realization of DAU, PAD and Capital Expenditures, as well as data of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GDP) at
constant prices. From the results showed that the Economic Growth, DAU, and PAD either simultaneously or
partially significant effect on Capital Expenditures. Economic growth (GDP) and PAD have predictive power on
better than Capital Expenditures DAU. These results require information through subsequent studies
