Abstract

This research examines the behavior of men online consumers in The Special Region of Yogyakarta focused on their experience during online transactions on various e-commerce platforms. Its scope includes delivery efficiency, website design, perceived online privacy and perceived online security, e-satisfaction, e-trust, to research its influence on e-loyalty. The 150 data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) as a research tool to see the influence between variables according to the hypothesis that has been made. As a result, this study shows that the efficiency of website delivery and design has a positive and significant influence one satisfaction; website design, perceived online privacy, and e-satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on e-trust; perceived online security has a positive but insignificant influence on e-trust; e-satisfaction and e-trust have a positive and significant influence on e-loyalty.
