DI KELURAHAN SELOPAMIORO, KAPANEWON IMOGIRI,
KABUPATEN BANTUL

ABSTRAK
Pemanfaatan tanah dengan intensitas tinggi berpotensi mengalami
kerusakan tanah. Informasi status potensi kerusakan tanah diperlukan
untuk menunjang kegiatan produksi biomassa khususnya dalam bidang
pertanian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui status potensi
kerusakan tanah untuk produksi biomassa dan menyusun peta status
potensi kerusakan tanah untuk produksi biomassa serta memberikan
rekomendasi perbaikan yang dapat dilakukan untuk memperbaiki status
potensi kerusakan tanah di Kelurahan Selopamioro. Penelitian
dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Selopamioro dan Laboratorium Fakultas
Pertanian UPN “Veteran” Yogyakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam
penelitian ini yaitu survey. Penentuan titik sampel secara purposive.
Penentuan status potensi kerusakan tanah menggunakan metode matching
dan metode skoring mengacu pada PP No.150 tahun 2000 dan PERMEN
LH No. 07 tahun 2006. Parameter yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu
jeluk mempan, kebatuan permukaan, komposisi fraksi, berat volume,
porositas total, permabilitas, pH, DHL, redoks, dan jumlah mikroba. Hasil
penetapan diperoleh dua status potensi kerusakan yaitu berpotensi Tidak
Rusak (N) seluas 323,68 ha dan berpotensi Rusak Ringan (R.I) seluas
1384,34 ha dengan faktor pembatas kebatuan permukaan (b), permabilitas
(p), dan redoks (r). Rekomendasi perbaikan yang dapat dilakukan antara
lain dengan ameliorasi dan pengolahan lahan dengan menerapkan metode
konservasi yang tepat.

ABSTRACT
High intensity soil utilization has the potential to soil degradation.
Information on the status potential of land degradation is needed to support
biomass production activities, especially in agriculture. These research
aims to determine the status potential of soil degradation for biomass
production and compile a map of land degradation status potential for
biomass production and provide recommendations for improvements that
can be made to improve the status potential of soil degradation in
Selopamioro Village. The research was carried out in Selopamioro Village
and UPN "Veteran" Laboratory of Agriculture in Yogyakarta. The method
used in this research is a survey. Determination of sample using purposive
sampling. Determination of the status of soil degradation using the
matching method and scoring method that refer to Government Regulation
No. 150 the Year 2000 and The Environment Minister Regulation No. 07
the Year 2006. The parameters used in this research are soil depth, surface
stones, fraction composition, bulk density, total porosity, soil permeability,
pH, electric conductivity, redoxs, and the number of microbes. The results
of potential soil degradation prediction in Selopamioro Village are 2
classes, that are No Degradation potentially (N) is about 323,68 hectares
and R.I Very Low potentially is about 1384,34 hectares with limiting
factors of surface rock (b), degree of water release (p), and redox (r).
Recommendations that can be made include amelioration and
improvement of land management by applying appropriate conservation
method.
