INDAH MAKMUR. 2022. Analisis Potensi Sektor Pertanian Dalam
Perekonomian Kabupaten Banjarnegara Jawa Tengah. Dibimbing Oleh: Budi
Widayanto dan Dwi Aulia Puspitaningrum.
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Potensi sektor pertanian dalam
perekonomian Kabupaten Banjarnegara, 2) Tingkat pertumbuhan penyerapan
tenaga kerja, 3) Daya saing sektor pertanian Kabupaten Banjarnegara. Metode
penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan
pada penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik
Kabupaten Banjarnegara, lembaga terkait dan sumber-sumber lain seperti jurnal,
literatur lain yang terkait dengan penelitian ini. Metode pengambilan data pada
penelitian adalah studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa:1)
Sektor pertanian, kehutanan dan perikanan Kabupaten Banjarnegara memiliki
potensi paling tinggi sebesar 460.853,4 juta atau 22,4% (ditunjukkan oleh nilai
Dij/pergeseran bersih) , 2) Sektor pertanian di Kabupaten Banjarnegara memiliki
tingkat pertumbuhan penyerapan tenaga kerja sebesar 19,7% atau mampu
menyerap sebesar 12.172 jiwa (penyerapan tenaga maju/progresif), 3) Selama
kurun waktu 2017-2021 sektor pertanian, kehutanan dan perikanan Kabupaten
Banjarnegara memiliki daya saing atau keunggulan komparatif dengan nilai RCA
sebesar 2,22 dan nilai RSCA sebesar 0,38.
Kata Kunci: Potensi wilayah, sektor pertanian, pertumbuhan ekonomi, penyerapan
tenaga kerja.

ABSTRACT
This research aimed to determine: 1) The potential of the agricultural sector in
economy of Banjarnegara Regency, 2) The growth rate of employment in
Banjarnegara Regency, 3) The competitiveness of the agricultural sector in
Banjarnegara Regency. The research method used a quantitative research method.
The type of data used in this study was secondary data sourced from the Central
Statistics Agency of Banjarnegara Regency, related institutions and other sources
such as journals, other literature related to this research. The data collection
method in this research was a documentation study. The results of the research
was: The agriculture, forestry and fishery sectors in Banjarnegara Regency have
the highest potential of 460,853.4 million or 22.4% (indicated by the Dij value/net
shift), 2) The agricultural sector in Banjarnegara Regency have a growth rate of
employment of 19.7% or able to absorb 12,172 people (advanced/progressive
workforce absorption), 3) During the period 2017-2021 the agriculture, forestry
and fisheries sector of Banjarnegara Regency has competitiveness or comparative
advantage with RCA value of 2.22 and RSCA value of 0.38.
