RINGKASAN
Perencanaan jangka panjang suatu proyek pertambangan penting
dilakukan untuk mencapai keberhasilan operasi pertambangan. Optimisasi bukaan
Present Value (NPV). Penelitian dilakukan di PT. Gawi Maju Karsa (PT. GMK)
yang berlokasi di Dusun Pletuk, Desa Dadirejo, Kecamatan Bagelen, Kabupaten
Purworejo, Provinsi Jawa Tengah.
desain kemajuan tambang, rancangan jalan angkut, rancangan area timbunan,
kebutuhan alat muat dan angkut. Pengolahan data dibantu menggunakan perangkat
lunak Micromine 2022.
gali muat didasarkan teori Hustrulid.
eksplorasi. Pit optimization menghasilkan 16 pit shell. Ultimate pit shell ditentukan
berdasarkan nilai NPV, Internal Rate of Return (IRR), dan rencana teknis
penambangan.
Total
tertambang selama 5 tahun untuk andesit yaitu 1.860.000 BCM. Rancangan jalan
angkut tambang dirancang berdasarkan alat angkut Hino FM 260 JD. Lebar jalan
meter, radius tikungan minimum 12,6 meter. Area timbunan dirancang mampu
menampung tanah pucuk sebesar 97.320 CCM dan tanah penutup 742.965 CCM.
Kebutuhan alat muat excavator Kobelco SK200XDL-10 untuk mencapai target
produksi setiap tahunnya adalah 2 unit, kebutuhan alat angkut Dumptruck Hino FM
260 JD tahun pertama sampai kedua berjumlah 5 unit, sedangkan tahun ketiga
hingga kelima berjumlah 6 unit.

SUMMARY
Long-term planning of a mining project is important to achieve a successful
mining operation. Optimization of mine openings as part of the planning is carried
out to maximize the Net Present Value (NPV). The research was conducted at PT.
Gawi Maju Karsa (PT. GMK) is located in Pletuk Hamlet, Dadirejo village, Bagel
District, Purworejo Regency, Province of Central Java. The problem of this
research is to maximize mining projects with thick overburden and production
targets that have been set based on revenues and costs. The objectives of this
research include data validation, pit optimization, progress design, haul road design,
stockpile area design, and loading and unloading equipment requirements. Assisted
data processing using Micromine 2022 software.
Data validation was carried out for topographic data, borehole data,
geological models, and andesite block models. Optimization of mine openings
using the Lerchs-Grossman method with mining, processing, and customer
parameters as input, mine progress design and stockpile made for 5 years with a
production target of 360,000 BCM andesite, haul road design, and digging
equipment needs based on Hustrulid theory.
The data validation was carried out following the conditions in the field and
data exploration. Pit optimization resulted in 16 pit shells. The ultimate pit shell is
determined based on the NPV value, Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and the mining
technical plan. The ultimate pit shell is a stage-2 pit shell with an NPV value of IDR
43.900.000.000. The mining method used is an open pit type quarry with an
observable geometry seen from a single slope angle of 70°, bench high 9,4 meters,
and bench width 6 meters. The total mined for 5 years for the andesite is 1.860.000
BCM. The haul road design is based on the Hino FM 260 JD conveyance. The
minimum road width on a straight track is 9 meters and on a turning track 12,1
meters, and the minimum radius is 12,6 meters. The disposal area is designed to
accommodate topsoil of 97.320 CCM and cover assistance of 742.965 CCM. The
need for loading and unloading equipment for the Kobelco SK200XDL-10
excavator to achieve the annual production target is 2 units, the need for Dumptruck
Hino FM 260 JD in the first to second year total 5 units while the third to fifth year
need total 6 units.
