Abstract
Abstract It was fully aware that the development activities associated with utilization of natural resources such as the development of an Integrated Tourism Area Candi Gebang, Tambakboyo ponds, and Maguwoharjo Sport Center, Sleman Yogyakarta, clearly contain the risk of physical changes to the environment which in turn, will lead to the impact of ecosystem changes, therefore that development activities should not only be implemented in addition to social and economic vision but also be environmentally sound. This study examines the harmony of the Integrated Tourism Area development plan, Candi Gebang, Tambakboyo ponds, and Maguwoharjo Sport Center, to the physical actual condition of the environment in the field. By overlaying the Alternative design of the development plan, directly to the data of actual physical conditions in the field using simulator program, we can obtain a visual estimate or prediction of how succeed a development plan be. The results of this study is expected to provide information about the the physical condition of the environment before development and the estimated post-development of integrated tourism area Candi Gebang, Tambakboyo ponds, and Maguwoharjo Sport Center. INTISARI Disadari sepenuhnya bahwa kegiatan pembangunan yang berhubungan dengan pemanfaatan sumber daya alam seperti pengembangan kawasan wisata terpadu Candi Gebang, Embung Tambakboyo, dan Maguwoharjo Sport Center, Kabupaten Sleman DIY, jelas mengandung resiko terjadinya perubahan fisik bagi lingkungan yang selanjutnya akan mengakibatkan dampak perubahan ekosistem, Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pembangunan yang dilaksanakan seharusnya selain berwawasan sosial dan ekonomi juga harus berwawasan lingkungan. Penelitian ini mengkaji keserasian rencana kegiatan pembangunan kawasan wisata terpadu Candi Gebang, Embung Tambakboyo, dan Maguwoharjo Sport Center, terhadap kondisi fisik lingkungan sebenarnya di lapangan. Menggunakan metode penampalan peta desain arahan terhadap peta data kondisi fisik lingkungan aktual dilapangan, dan dengan alat bantu program simulator visual, kita bisa memperoleh estimasi atau prediksi visual dari sebuah rencana pembangunan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi mengenai gambaran kondisi fisik lingkungan sebelum pengembangan dan perkiraan sesudah pengembangan kawasan wisata terpadu Candi Gebang, Embung Tambakboyo, dan Maguwoharjo Sport Center
