Abstract
PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk pabrik Tuban terletak di Desa Sumberarum dan Desa Pongpongan, Kecamatan Kerek, Kabupaten Tuban, Jawa Timur. Aktivitas penambangan dilakukan oleh PT.UTSG (United Tractors Semen Gresik) dengan sistem tambang terbuka (kuari). Target produksi batugamping pada Tuban I adalah 3.534.280 ton/tahun. Waktu kerja yang tersedia yaitu 14 jam/hari dengan menggunakan 2 shift/hari. Penelian ini dilakukan dengan menganalisa kemampuan alat muat dan alat angkut dalam kegiatan penambangan batugamping di Tuban I untuk bulan Maret 2013 pada tanggal 4 Maret sampai dengan 28 Maret 2013. Kegiatan penambangan menggunakan alat-alat mekanis berupa alat muat Back Hoe Komatsu PC750 sebanyak 1 unit, Komatsu PC400 sebanyak 1 unit. Alat angkut dump truck scania sebanyak 7 unit dan dump truck Nissan CWB 520 sebanyak 5 unit. Jarak PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk ke lokasi penambangan berjarak ±2km. sistem penambangan dilakukan secara single continuous bench sedangkan pola pemuatan yang digunakan top loading dan single truck back up. Produksi batugamping pada Tuban I belum memenuhi target, sehingga perlu dilakukan upaya peningkatan produksi batugamping. Upaya peingkatan produksi dilakukan dengan 1 cara yaitu penambahan waktu kerja yang tersedia ( menjadi 21 jam/hari atau 3 shif/hari), sehingga produksi meningkat menjadi sebesar 10.138,6229 ton/hari. dalam hal ini kekurangan produksi sebesar 3.058,3663 ton/hari dapat terpenuhi. Oleh karna itu, target produksi sebesar 9.817,5 ton/hari sudah tercapai. Dengan demikian target produksi batugamping terpenuhi, bahkan terjadi kelebihan produksi sebesar 321,1229 ton/hari PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Tuban plant is located in the Sumberarum and Pongpongan village, District of Kerek, Tuban, East Java. Mining activities is conducted by PT.UTSG (United Tractors Semen Gresik) with the open pit system (quarry). Target production of limestone in Tuban I is 3.53428 million tons / year. Working time available in 14 hours / day by using 2 shifts / day. This recent research is carried out by analyzing the ability of the tools fit and transportation within the limestone mining activities in Tuban I for the month of March 2013 on 4 to 28 March 2013. Mining activities use mechanical devices such as tools fit Komatsu PC750 Back Hoe as much as one unit and one unit Komatsu PC400. Conveyance dump truck scania as much as 7 units and dump trucks Nissan CWB 520 as much as 5 units. The distance of PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk to the mining sites within ± 2km. Mining system is done in a single continuous bench while loading patterns use top loading and single truck back up. Production of limestone in Tuban I does not fulfill the target yet, so that needs effort to increase production of limestone. An effort to increase the production is made by the addition of 1 the available working time (to 21 hours / day or 3 shif / day), so production increase at 10.138,6229 tons / day. In this case the production of 3.058,3663 tons / day can be fulfilled. Therefore, the production target of 9817,5 tonnes / day can be reached. Thus the limestone production targets are fulfilled, even come about excess production of 321,1229 tons / day.
