Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of confidence benefits on trust and
customer loyalty. This study involves a survey of institutional customers from banks
operating in Yogyakarta. A total of 60 questionnaires were completely received from
bank customer respondents in Yogyakarta Special Province and can be analyzed.
The analytical tool used is PLS. The results show that confidence benefits have a
significant effect on customer trust and customer loyalty. Meanwhile, confidence
benefits do not directly affect customer loyalty. The findings of this study contribute
to providing support for relationship marketing theory and empirical findings in the
context of institutional customers.
