ABSTRAK
PEMBUATAN APLIKASI BIODATA WARGA BINAAN
SOSIAL DI BALAI REHABILITASI SOSIAL BINA KARYA
DAN LARAS (BRSBKL) DINAS SOSIAL DIY
Balai Rehabilitasi Sosial Bina Karya dan Laras (BRSBKL) merupakan unit
pelaksana teknis daerah yang dimiliki oleh DinasSosial Daerah Istimewa
Yogyakarta. BRSBKL terletak di Dusun Karangmojo, Desa Purwomartani,
Kapenewon Kalasan, Kabupaten Sleman, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. BRSBKL
memiliki tugas sebagai perlindungan sosial, jaminan sosial, dan rehabilitasi sosial.
BRSBKL diperuntukkan bagi penyandang masalah kesejahteraan sosial untuk
dirawat sebagai warga binaan sosial (WBS). Orang yang dapat dirawat adalah
gelandangan, pengemis, dan mantan penyandang disabilitas mental. BRSBKL juga
memiliki tugas untuk meningkatkan persentase warga binaan sosial untuk mampu
berfungsi sosial, hidup mandiri, serta kembali kekeluarga atau masyarakat. Terdapat
4 bagian yang dimiliki oleh BRSBKL, yaitu bagian pekerja sosial (PEKSOS), tata
usaha (TU), perlindungan rehabilitasi sosial (PRS) dan perawat. BRSBKL memiliki
kapasitas untuk merawat WBS sebanyak 250 orang. Perawatan WBS sangat
tergantung dengan dokumen dan data WBS yang tersimpan. Dokumen dan data
yang buruk dapat mengakibatkan perawatan yang buruk sehingga tingkat
keberhasilan rehabilitasi WBS juga ikut menurun.
Sistem Aplikasi Biodata Warga Binaan Sosial di Balai Rehabilitasi Sosial
Bina Karya dan Laras ini dirancang mengunakan perancangan basis data dan
perancangan antar muka. Sistem ini dapat dibangun mengunakan server web
Apache bahasa pemprograman PHP dan basis data MySQL.

DEVELOPMENT OF BIO DEVELOPMENT APPLICATIONS OF SOCIAL
INTEGRATED CITIZENS AT THE SOCIAL REHABILITATION CENTER
FOR DEVELOPMENT OF DEVELOPMENT AND LARAS (BRSBKL) DIY
SOCIAL SERVICES
The Bina Karya and Laras Social Rehabilitation Center (BRSBKL) is a regional
technical implementation unit owned by the Yogyakarta Special Region of Social
Affairs. BRSBKL is located in Karangmojo Hamlet, Purwomartani Village,
Kapenewon Kalasan, Sleman Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. BRSBKL
has duties as social protection, social security, and social rehabilitation. BRSBKL is
intended for people with social welfare problems to be treated as socially assisted
citizens (WBS). People who can be cared for are homeless people, beggars, and
former people with mental disabilities. BRSBKL also has the task of increasing the
percentage of socially assisted residents to be able to function socially, live
independently, and return to their families or communities. BRSBKL has 4
divisions, namely social workers (PEKSOS), administration (TU), social
rehabilitation protection (PRS) and nurses. BRSBKL has the capacity to treat 250
WBS people. WBS maintenance is highly dependent on stored WBS documents and
data. Poor documents and data can result in poor treatment so that the success rate
of WBS rehabilitation also decreases.
The Biodata Application System of Social Assisted Citizens at the Social
Rehabilitation Center of Bina Karya and Laras is designed using database design
and interface design. This system can be built using Apache web server, PHP
programming language and MySQL database.
