INTISARI
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh variabel Produk Domestik
Regional Bruto (PDRB), pendidikan, angka harapan hidup dan pengangguran
terhadap tingkat kemiskinan kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Daerah Istimewa
Yogyakarta pada tahun 2012-2021. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam
penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan merupakan
data sekunder yang diperoleh dari publikasi Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). Data yang
dimaksud adalah tingkat kemiskinan, pendidikan, angka harapan hidup, dan
pengangguran. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi data
panel yang merupakan gabungan data time series tahun 2012-2021 dan data cross
section di 5 kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Hasil
penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel pendidikan dan angka harapan hidup
berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat kemiskinan kabupaten/kota di
Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, dan pengangguran berpengaruh positif dan
signifikan terhadap tingkat kemiskinan kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Daerah
Istimewa Yogyakarta. Sedangkan PDRB tidak berpengaruh terhadap tingkat
kemiskinan kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to examine the effect of the variables of Gross Regional
Domestic Product (GRDP), education, life expectancy and unemployment on the
poverty level of regencies/cities in the province of the Special Region of Yogyakarta
in 2012-2021 The type of research in this research is descriptive and quantitative.
The data used is secondary obtained from reports publication of Badan Pusat
Statistik. The data reffered to are the level of poverty, education, life expectancy,
and unemployment. The analytical tool used in this research is panel data
regression which is a combination of time series data from 2012 to 2021 and cross
section data in 5 regencies/cities in the province of the Spesial Region of
Yogyakarta. The results of this research indicate that the variables of education and
life expectancy have a negative and significant effect on the poverty level of
regencies/cities in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, and unemployment has a
positive and significant effect on the poverty level of regencies/cities in the Special
Region of Togyakarta. Meanwhile, GRDP has no effect on the poverty level of
regencies/cities in the province of the Special Region of Yogyakarta.
