Abstract
INTISARI Penelitian dilakukan pada unit pengolahan air limbah untuk pemisahkan minyak dan air atau unit oil catcher milik PT. Pertamina Rewulu Terminal BBM di Desa Argomulyo, Kecamatan Sedayu, Kabupaten Bantul, DIY. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui kualitas air limbah yang dihasilkan perusahaan, mengetahui kualitas air irigasi yang merupakan tempat pembuangan air limbah hasil pengolahan serta mengevaluasi unit pemisah minyak dan air atau unit oil catcher. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi metode survey, metode sampling dan metode analisis laboratorium. Analisis labortorium berdasarkan parameter BOD, COD, pH, TDS, TSS, TOC, Minyak dan Lemak sesuai dengan Permen LH No. 19 Tahun 2010, PP No. 82 Tahun 2001, dan Pergub DIY No. 7 Tahun 2010. Berdasarkan uji laboratorium pada unit oil catcher untuk parameter BOD, COD, pH, TDS, TSS, TOC, Minyak dan Lemak telah sesuai baku mutu. Untuk hasil uji sampel air irigasi bagian hulu parameter COD dan BOD melebihi baku mutu. Untuk COD sebesar 52 mg/L dan BOD sebesar 8,064 mg/L. Pada saluran irigasi bagian tengah hasil uji untuk parameter BOD melebihi baku mutu sebesar 8,832 mg/L. Pada saluran irigasi bagian hilir hasil uji parameter COD dan BOD melebihi baku mutu. Untuk COD sebesar 60 mg/L dan BOD sebesar 11,52 mg/L. Untuk parameter TSS, TDS, dan pH pada titik pengambilan hulu, tengah, dan hilir hasil uji laboratorium telah sesuai baku mutu. Kata kunci: Oil Catcher, Kualitas Air, Air Irigasi. ABSTRACT The research for oil and water separated or oil catcher unit at processing of water waste unit property of PT. Pertamina Rewulu Terminal BBM in Argomulyo village, Sedayu subdistrict, Bantul district, DIY. The research are for knowing how the water waste quality that be produced by the company, knowing how the irigation water quality that a disposal place of processing and the unit oil cather evaluation. The methode that got used is survey methode, sampling methode and laboratorium analysis methode. Laboratorium analysis of BOD, COD, Ph, TDS, TSS, TOC, Oil and Gas which based on of Regulation of the Minister of Environment No. 19 Year 2010, Government Regulation No. 82 Year 2001, and Yogyakarta Governor Regulation No. 7 Year 2010. Based on laboratorium test at unit oil catcher for the parameter BOD, COD, pH, TDS, TSS, TOC, oil and fat had be suit with standard quality. For the result of sample test at irrigation water upper part parameter of COD and BOD are affluent from the standard quality. For COD is 52 mg/L dan BOD is 8,064 mg/L. At the center part of duct irrigation test result of paramater BOD is more than the standard quality which is 8,832 mg/L. At lower part of duct irrigation, BOD and COD test result affluent from the standard quality. For COD is 60 mg/L and BOD is 11,52 mg/L. For TSS, TDS and pH parameter at the upper, center and lower point of removal sample, the laboratorium test result is suit with standard of quality.
