Abstract
This paper is made on purpose to determine the production decline rate of dry steam well, which cause by the depletion of mass in the reservoir. It must be normalized atnormal pressure of 13 bar before the trendline is created. Therefore, the calculation of estimated reservoir pressure with help of process software and calculation of normalized production rate usingmethod published by Acuna (2008) is necessary, then we can obtain the decline trend of normalized production rate curve. The results from existing Pressure- Temperature-Spinner survey data, are used as input on software to estimate reservoir pressure values, then some point of reservoir pressure will be obtain. The more reservoir point we have from survey data the better the result we can get later. Based on Acuna (2008), change in wellbore parameter (Cwb) and reservoir (PI) will be obtained, then it can be used to calculate the normalized production rate to analyze the trend of the ideal production rate curve based on it.
