Abstract

RINGKASAN
Izin produksi penambangan Usaha Pertambangan Parno berakhir pada tahun 2022,
karena target produksi sebelumnya tidak terpenuhi, maka tahun 2021 Usaha Pertambangan
Parno memperpanjang izin produksi hingga tahun 2027. Target produksi penambangan tidak
terpenuhi karena permintaan pasar yang berubah setiap tahun, sehingga produksi
penambangan menyesuaikan dengan permintaan pasar yang ada. Tahun 2022 Usaha
Pertambangan Parno sudah tidak memiliki kontrak dengan PT. Super Sonic sebagai
pasarnya, sehingga rencananya Usaha Pertambangan Parno akan berubah menjadi PT,
dengan rencana membangun pabrik peremuk untuk meningkatkan harga komoditas dengan
kapasitas sebesar 360.000 Ton/Tahun.
Tahun 2022 Usaha Pertambangan Parno masih menyisakan cadangan batugamping
yang belum tertambang. Setelah melakukannya perhitungan, maka di dapatkan perhitungan
cadangan tertaksir sebesar 529.045 BCM. Dengan diperpanjangnya izin produksi selama 5
tahun kedepan dimulai dari tahun 2023 sampai dengan tahun 2027. Maka untuk
menghabiskan sisa cadangan yang belum tertambang, penelitian yang saya lakukan ini
membahas tentang rancangan teknis penambangan dengan target produksi 176.966
LCM/Tahun yang didapatkan dari hasil cadangan yang belum tertambang dengan target
produksi yang di dapat sesuai dengan kapasitas pabrik peremuk, maka diperkirakan
mempunyai umur tambang selama 5 tahun. Untuk peralatan mekanis yang digunakan pada
penelitian kali ini berdasarkan rekomendasi yang diberikan oleh perusahaan, yaitu untuk alat
muat Excavator Kobelco SK200-8 dan alat angkut Dump Truck Isuzu ELF NMR7.1 HD.
Kegiatan penambangan di Usaha Pertambangan Parno rencananya akan menggunakan sistem
tambang terbuka dengan metode kuari (side hill type) dari elevasi 468 mdpl hingga batas
pit limit yaitu elevasi 414 mdpl.
Dengan Geometri jenjang yang sudah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan dengan memiliki
kemiringan jenjang tunggal 71,56º, kemiringan jenjang keseluruhan 59,71º, tinggi jenjang
kerja 6 m, lebar jenjang kerja 2 m. Setelah itu merancang dimensi jalan angkut tambang
dibuat dengan lebar pada jalan lurus 7 meter, pada tikungan sebesar 12 meter. Untuk radius
tikngan minimumnya adalah 8 meter. Sedangkan derajat kemiringan jalan (grade) 10%,
superelevasi sebesar 0,48 meter dan cross slope sebesar 0,14 meter.
SUMMARY
The mining production permit for the Parno Mining Business expires in 2022, because
the previous production target was not met, then in 2021 the Parno Mining Business extended
the production permit until 2027. The mining production target was not met due to market
demand that changes every year, so mining production adjusts to demand existing market.
In 2022 the Parno Mining Business no longer has a contract with PT. Super Sonic is the
market, so the Parno Mining Business plan will turn into a PT, with a plan to build a crusher
plant to increase commodity prices with a capacity of 360,000 Tons/Year.
In 2022 the Parno Mining Business still leaves limestone reserves that have not been
mined. After doing the calculation, the estimated reserve calculation is 529,045 BCM. With
the extension of the production permit for the next 5 years starting from 2023 to 2027. So to
spend the remaining unmined reserves, this research I am doing discusses the technical design
of mining with a production target of 176,966 LCM/Year obtained from the reserves that have
not been mined. mined with a production target that is obtained in accordance with the
capacity of the crusher plant, it is estimated to have a mine life of 5 years. The mechanical
equipment used in this research is based on the recommendations given by the company,
namely for the Kobelco SK200-8 Excavator loading tool and the Isuzu ELF NMR7.1 HD
Dump Truck for transportation. Mining activities at the Parno Mining Business are planned
to use an open pit mining system with the quarry method (side hill type) from an elevation of
468 mdpl to the pit limit, which is an elevation of 414 mdpl.
With the level geometry that has been determined by the company, it has a single level
slope of 71.56º, an overall grade slope of 59.71º, a work level height of 6 m, a work level width
of 2 m. After that, designing the dimensions of the mine haul road made with a width of 7
meters on a straight road, on a bend of 12 meters. The minimum viewing radius is 8 meters.
While the degree of road slope (grade) is 10%, superelevation is 0.48 meters and cross slope
is 0.14 meters
