RINGKASAN
PT. Adidaya Tangguh adalah perusahaan pertambangan bijih besi yang
terletak di kecamatan Lede, Taliabu Barat, Taliabu Barat Laut dan Taliabu Utara,
Kabupaten Pulau Taliabu, Provinsi Maluku Utara. Kegiatan penambangan bijih
besi dilakukan dengan menggunakan sistem tambang terbuka. PT. Adidaya
Tangguh menggunakan peremuk bijih besi dengan kombinasi berupa hopper, jaw
crusher, apron feeder, vibrating screen, cone crusher, dan mengandalkan jaringan
belt conveyor.
Permasalahan pada PT. Adidaya Tangguh terjadi saat ini adalah belum
tercapainya sasaran produksi bulanan sebesar 208.000 ton/bulan. Berdasarkan data
perusahaan, kapasitas nyata bulanan periode Januari 2022 sebesar 177.631,23
ton/bulan. Kurangnya kapasitas nyata dipengaruhi oleh produksi alat peremuk bijih
besi yang masih rendah dan karena ada hambatan yang terjadi. Rendahnya waktu
kerja efektif crushing plant dimana selama periode Januari tahun 2022 hanya
sebesar 15,4 jam/hari dengan waktu yang tersedia 24 jam. Hasil analisis
menunjukkan bahwa hilangnya waktu kerja efektif tersebut disebabkan oleh
berhentinya kegiatan karena terjadinya overload sebesar 144,41 jam/bulan.
Upaya peningkatan produksi dilakukan dengan beberapa cara diantaranya
merupakan rekomendasi yang dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan oleh PT.Adidaya
Tangguh. Pertama yaitu pengurangan waktu hambatan sehingga waktu kerja efektif
meningkat menjadi 20,12 jam/hari dimana kapasitas nyata perbulan juga menjadi
meningkat menjadi 262.256 ton/bulan. Kedua yaitu melakukan penambahanan
jumlah pengumpanan ke unit peremuk sebesar 50,52 ton/jam. Melalui penambahan
jumlah pengumpan dan penanganan waktu hambatan produksi, maka target
produksi pada unit peremuk PT. Adidaya Tangguh site Taliabu yaitu sebesar
208.000 ton/bulan tercapai.

SUMMARY
PT. Adidaya Tangguh is an iron ore mining company located in the sub�districts of Lede, West Taliabu, Northwest Taliabu and North Taliabu, Taliabu
Island Regency, North Maluku Province. Iron ore mining activities are carried out
using an open pit mining system. PT. Adidaya Tangguh uses iron ore crushers in
combination with a hopper, jaw crusher apron feeder, vibrating screen, cone
crusher, and relies on a belt conveyor.
The current problem at PT. Adidaya Tangguh is the monthly production
target of 208.000 tons/month has not been achieved. Based on company data,
monthly real production for the January 2022 period was 177.631,23 tons/month.
the lack of real production is influenced by the production of iron ore crushing
equipment which is still low and because there are obstacles that occur. The low
time of crushing plant production which during the January 2022 period was only
15,4 hours/day with 24 hours available. The results of the analysis show that the
loss of production time is caused by the cessation of activities due to an overload
of 144,41 hours/month.
Efforts to increase production are carried out in several ways, including
recommendations that can be taken into consideration by PT. Adidaya Tangguh.
The first is the reduction of the bottleneck time so that the effective working time
increases to 20,12 hours/day where the real monthly production also increases to
262.256 tons/month. The second is to increase the number of feeds to the crusher
unit by 50,52 tons/hour. By increasing the number of feeders and handling
production bottlenecks, the production target for the crusher unit of PT. Adidaya
Tangguh site Taliabu, which is 208.000 tons/month will be fulfilled.
