RINGKASAN
CV. Bahtera Usaha Sejati merupakan salah satu perusahaan tambang
batugamping yang terletak di Dusun Ngalasombo, Desa Bedoyo, Kecamatan
Ponjong, Kabupaten Gunungkidul, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Dimana
perusahaan ini melakukan penambangan batugamping menggunakan sistem
tambang terbuka dengan metode kuari. Batugamping hasil dari proses
penambangan diangkut menuju ke tempat penimbunan (stockpile) kemudian diolah
menjadi bubuk batugamping kemudian dipasarkan. Dalam sebulan, target produksi
batugamping CV. Bahtera Usaha Sejati sebesar 7.000 ton/bulan. Penambangan
batugamping saat ini dilakukan menggunakan Ekscavator Kobelco SK200 sebagai
alat gali-muat, dan dumptruck Mitsubishi Fuso HD125PS sebagai alat angkut.
Pada saat ini CV. Bahtera Usaha Sejati memiliki target produksi batugamping
sebesar 7.000 ton/bulan sekaligus menjadi permasalahan saat ini mengenai belum
tercapainya target produksi tersebut. Produksi saat ini dari alat gali muat sebesar
5.191,13 ton/bulan dan untuk Produksi alat angkut sebesar 5.182,242 ton/bulan.
Target produksi saat ini belum tercapai disebabkan efisiensi kerja yang rendah
yaitu 49,954 % pada alat gali muat dan efisiensi yang rendah juga pada alat angkut
dump truck yaitu sebesar 50,031 % serta kurang optimalnya kerja alat mekanis
yang ada.
Upaya yang dapat dilakukan agar target produksi batugamping dapat tercapai
yaitu dengan meningkatkan waktu kerja sehingga efisiensi kerja menjadi
meningka. Berdasarkan peningkatan waktu kerja efektif yang telah direncanakan
maka efisiensi kerja menjadi 55,20 % dari 49,954 % untuk alat muat excavator
Kobelco SK200 dengan produksi 6.340,1 ton/bulan dan alat angkut dump truk
Mitsubishi Fuso HD125PS menjadi 55,17 % dari 50,031 % dengan produksi
6.302,4 ton/bulan. Tetapi kemampuan produksi alat muat maupun alat angkut
belum bisa memenuhi target produksi, maka dilakukan penambahkan jumlah
curah sehingga dapat mengoptimalkan prosuktifitas alat gali muat dan alat angkut.
Setelah dilakukan perbaikan pada waktu kerja efektif, dan penambahan jumlah
curah didapatkan kemampuan produksi sebesar 7.099,716 ton/bulan pada alat
gali-muat, dan 7.092,488 ton/bulan pada alat angkut.

SUMMARY
CV. Bahtera Usaha Sejati is a limestone mining company located in
Ngalasombo Hamlet, Bedoyo Village, Ponjong District, Gunungkidul Regency,
Special Region of Yogyakarta. Where this company carries out limestone mining
using an open pit mining system with the quarry method. Limestone resulting from
the mining process is transported to the stockpile and then processed into
limestone powder and then marketed. Within a month, the limestone production
target of CV. True Business Ark of 7,000 tons/month. Limestone mining is
currently carried out using the Kobelco SK200 Excavator as a digging-and�loading tool, and a Mitsubishi Fuso HD125PS dumptruck as a means of
transportation.
At this time CV. Bahtera Usaha Sejati has a limestone production target of
7,000 tons/month as well as a current problem regarding the failure to achieve
the production target. The current production of loading and unloading
equipment is 5,191.13 tons/month and for the production of transportation
equipment it is 5,182.242 tons/month. The current production target has not been
achieved due to low work efficiency, which is 49.954% on digging and loading
equipment and low efficiency also on dump trucks, which is 50.031% and less
than optimal work of existing mechanical equipment.
Efforts can be made so that the limestone production target can be
achieved, namely by increasing working time so that work efficiency increases.
Based on the planned increase in effective working time, work efficiency becomes
55.20% from 49.954% for Kobelco SK200 excavator loading equipment with a
production of 6,340.1 tons/month and Mitsubishi Fuso HD125PS dump truck
hauling equipment to 55.17% from 50,031% with production of
6,302.4 tons/month. However, the production capability of loading and unloading
equipment has not been able to meet the production target, so it is necessary to
increase the amount of bulk so as to optimize the productivity of loading and
unloading equipment and transportation equipment. After making improvements
to the effective working time, and increasing the amount of bulk, the production
capacity is 7,099,716 tons/month on the digging and loading equipment, and
7,092,488 tons/month on the conveyance.
