INTISARI
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari Produk Domestik
Bruto, menganalisis luas lahan pertanian, menganalisis impor pertanian, menganalisis
Nilai Tukar Petani terhadap jumlah tenaga kerja sektor pertanian di Indonesia tahun
1999-2019. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang
didapatkan dari BPS Indonesia dan Kementerian Pertanian dengan periode tahun
1999-2019. Metode analisis data yang digunakkan dalam penelitian ini yaitu ECM
(Error Correction Model) dengan bantuan software Eviews-10. Hasil studi
menunjukkan bahwa dalam jangka pendek, variabel luas lahan pertanian berpengaruh
positif dan signifikan, sementara variabel Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB), impor
pertanian, Nilai Tukar Petani (NTP) tidak berpengaruh terhadap jumlah tenaga kerja
sektor pertanian. Sementara dalam jangka panjang, variabel Produk Domestik Bruto
(PDB) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan, variabel luas lahan pertanian berpengaruh
positif dan signifikan, variabel impor pertanian tidak berpengaruh negatif terhadap
jumlah tenaga kerja sektor pertanian, variabel Nilai Tukar Petani (NTP) tidak
berpengaruh positif terhadap jumlah tenaga kerja sektor pertanian

ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the effect of Gross Domestic Product, analyze agricultural
land area, analyze agricultural imports, analyze the Farmer's Exchange Rate on the
number of sector workers in Indonesia in 1999-2019. The data used in this study is
secondary data obtained from BPS Indonesia and the Ministry of Agriculture for the
period 1999-2019. The data analysis method used in this research is ECM (Error
Correction Model) with the help of Eviews-10 software. The results of the study show
that in the short term, the variable of agricultural land area has a positive and
significant effect, while the variables of Gross Domestic Product (GDP), agricultural
imports, Farmer's Exchange Rate (NTP) do not affect the number of workers in the
agricultural sector. While in the long term, the Gross Domestic Product (GDP)
variable has a negative and significant effect, the agricultural land area variable has
a positive and significant effect, the agricultural import variable does not negatively
affect the number of workers in the agricultural sector, the Farmer's Exchange Rate
(NTP) variable does not have a positive effect on the number of workers in the
