PENYULUHAN PERTANIAN TERHADAP PRODUKSI
PETANI PADI DI DESA BUNGASREJO KECAMATAN
JAKENAN KABUPATEN PATI TAHUN 2021
INTISARI
Produksi dapat tercapai jika faktor-faktor produksi sudah terpenuhi. Faktor
produksi berupa luas tanah, modal dan tenaga kerja. Masing-masing dari faktor
produksi itu mempunyai fungsi yang berbeda jika salah satu faktor produksi
tersebut tidak terpenuhi maka proses produksi tidak dapat berjalan. Kabupaten Pati
memiliki sektor andalan yaitu sektor petanian. Namun dilihat dari data antar bulan,
produksi padi mengalami fluktuatif dimana produksi padi selalu mengalami
perubahan baik penurunan ataupun kenaikan. Pengembangan usaha sektor
pertanian di Kabupaten Pati telah dilaksanakan disetiap desa. Desa Bungasrejo
Kecamatan Jakenan Kabupaten Pati merupakan salah satu desa yang memanfaatkan
lahan pertanian. Komiditi tanaman padi merupakan komiditi unggulan yang
menjadi tumpuan hidup masyarakat petani di Desa Bungasrejo Kecamatan Jakenan
Kabupaten Pati.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh luas lahan, modal,
tenaga kerja dan peran penyuluh pertanian terhadap produksi petani padi di Desa
Bungasrejo Kecamatan Jakenan Kabupaten Pati. Pengambilan sampel pada
penelitian ini dengan teknik purposive sampling yang menghasilkan sampel
sebanyak 68 petani. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier
berganda dengan menggunakan model produksi cobb- douglas. Dari hasil
penelitian analisis regresi dapat diketahui bahwa nilai koefisien regresi variabel
luas lahan, modal, tenaga kerja, dan peran penyuluh pertanian berpengaruh positif
dan signifikan terhadap produksi padi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa
secara parsial variabel luas lahan, modal, tenaga kerja dan peran penyuluhan
berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produksi padi.

ABSTRACT
Production can be achieved if the factors of production have been met.
Factor of production in the form of land area, capital and labor. Each of the
factor of production has a different function, if one of the factors of production is
not met, the production process can run. Pati regency has a mainstay sector,
namely the agricultural sector. However, judging from the data between mounths,
rice production always experienced changes, either decreasing or increasing.
Business development in the agricultural sector in Pati Regency has been carried
out in every village. Bungasrejo Village, Jakenan District, Pati Regency in one of
the villages that utilizes agricultural land. The rice crop commodity is a superior
commodity that is the foundation of life for the farming community in Bungasrejo
Village, Jakenan District, Pati Regency.
This study aims to analyze the effect of land area, capital, labor, and the
role of agricultural extension workers on the production of rice farmers in
Bungarejo Village, Jakenan District, Pati Regency. Sampling in this study is non�probability sampling with purpose sampling technique which produces a sample
68 famers. In this study using multiplr linier regression analysis using the Cobb�Douglass production model. From the result of the regression analysis research,
it can be seen taht the regression coefficient value for the variables of land,
capital, labor and the role of agricultural extension workers have a positive effect
on rice production. The result showe that partially the variables of land, capital,
labor and the role of extension had a positive and significant effect on rice
production.
