Abstract

PT Sirtu Alam Persada who will perform mining activities can have negative
impacts such as changes in the landscape of the local area and the changing
aesthetics of environment, based on the Decision of the Minister of energy and
mineral resources No. 1827 K/30/MEM Year 2018, about the Guidelines for the
Implementation of the Rules of Mining Engineering, as Well as Government
Regulation Number 78 Year 2010 regarding implementation of reclamation and
post-mining. The holder of the Mining Business license IUP Production Operation
must carry out reclamation and post-mining.
Reclamation plan post mining carried out include the arrangement of land for the
prevention of erosion, and revegetation. The arrangement of the land carried out
with the arrangement of land use and land cover to form a stool on the stage. At the
end of mining has a 20 meters high, 30 meters wide and the slope of 38o and after
reclamation of post-mining has a height of 20 meters, a width of 52 meters, and the
slope of 23o. The dimensions of the channel used form of a trapezoid due to the
stable and the flow of water produce enough. After the arrangement of the land
decline in the rate of erosion of the 691,6 ton/ha/th (Class V, very heavy) into 2,509
tons/ha/yr (Class I, very light). Revegetation will be done is the planting of rubber
trees, because the area is sufficient to meet the growing requirements to rubber
plants and a population of about previous to cultivate rubber plants. With a
distance of 4x4 meters and a land area of 89,823 hectares then obtained the number
growing as much as 25137.
Conclusion in the can namely, the Arrangement of the land is made to prepare the
land the end of mining into land ready for planting and to mitigate the rate of

. The calculation of the erosion rate decrease after the activity the arrangement
of the land and the revegetation of the class V into class I (mild). Revegetation using
a rubber plant with a distance of (4x5) meter with the number of plants 25137.
