PANTAI DAN PERTUMBUHAN CABAI (Capsicum anuum.L)

ABSTRAK
Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian pupuk kandang
sapi dan gamal (Gliricidia sepium) terhadap ketersediaan N, P, K tanah pasir pantai dan
pertumbuhan cabai (Capsicum anuum.L). Penelitian dilaksanakan di rumah kaca di
pantai Goa Cemara, desa Kenteng, Kecamatan Sanden, Kabupaten Bantul yang
dimulai pada Juli 2018 hingga September 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan
metode rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) faktorial yang terdiri dari dua faktor.
Faktor pertama pupuk kandang sapi dengan takaran 0% (S0), 2,5% (S1), 5% (S2)
dan faktor kedua gamal (Gliricidia sepium) dengan takaran 0% (G0), 2,5% (G1), 5%
(G2), 7,5% (G3). Didapatkan 12 perlakuan dan masing masing perlakuan diulang 3 kali.
Analisisis tanah awal terdiri dari C-organik, N-total, N-tersedia, pH, P-tersedia, K�tersedia, KPK, tekstur. Analisis pupuk kandang sapi dan gamal (Gliricidia sepium) terdiri
dari C-organik, N-total, P2O5, K2O. Olah data menggunakan Analysis of Variances
(ANOVA), jIka berbeda nyata dilanjutkan Duncan’s multiple range test (DMRT) pada
taraf 5%. Pemberian pupuk kandang sapi berpengaruh meningkatkan N-tersedia,
Phospor (P), Kalium (K), KPK, pH, C-organik, tinggi tanaman, berat basah.
Pemberian pupuk kandang sapi tidak berpengaruh nyata dalam peningkatan berat
kering cabai. Dosis pupuk kandang sapi 5% (S2) mendapatkan hasil yang paling
baik. Pemberian Gliricidia sepium berpengaruh dalam peningkatan Phospor (P),
Kalium (K), KPK, pH, C-organik. Pemberian Gliricidia sepium tidak berpengaruh
dalam peningkatan N, tinggi tanaman, berat basah, berat kering. Dosis Gliricidia
sepium 7,5% mendapatkan hasil yang paling baik. Kombinasi pupuk kandang sapi
5% (S2) dan Gliricidia sepium 7,5% (G3) mendapatkan hasil yang optimum dan
menunjukkan adanya interaksi dalam peningkatan C-organik sedangkan pada
parameter lainnya pH, KPK, N-tersedia, P-tersedia, K-tersedia, berat basah, berat
kering, tinggi tanaman tidak menunjukkan adanya beda nyata.

THE EFFECT OF COW MANURE AND GAMAL FERTILIZER
(Gliricidia sepium) APPLICATION ON N, P, K SAND SOILS
AVAILABILITY AND CHILLI GROWTH (Capsicum anuum.L)

ABSTRACT
The aim of this study was to determine the effect of cow manure and gamal
(Gliricidia sepium) application on N, P, K of sand beach availability and chili
growth (Capsicum anuum.L). This research was conducted on July 2018 until
September 2018 in a greenhouse on Goa Cemara beach, Kenteng village, Sanden
District, Bantul Regency. This study used a factorial randomized complete design
method (RAL) consist of two factors. The first factor is cow manure with 0%
(S0), 2.5% (S1), 5% (S2) dosages and the second factor gamal (Gliricidia sepium)
with 0% (G0), 2.5% (G1), 5% (G2), 7.5% (G3) dosages. There were 12 treatments
repeated 3 times. The first parameters analyse of sand soil were C-organic, N�total, N-available, pH, P-available, K-available, KPK, texture. Parameters analyse
of cow and gamal manure (Gliricidia sepium) consists of C-organic, N-total, ,, O
and C/N ratio. Data result analyse used of Variances (ANOVA), if there was a
significant differences, the second analyse will be using Duncan's multiple range
test (DMRT) in 5% level. The application of cow manure has an effect on
increasing dry weight, Phospor (P), Kalium (K), KPK, pH, C-organic, plant
height, wet weight and didnt give significantly affect for increasing N-available.
The cow manure application in (S2) 5% got the best results. The Gliricidia
sepium application has an effect on increasing Phosphorus (P), Kalium (K), KPK,
pH, C-organic and hasn’t effected on increasing N, plant height, wet weight, dry
weight. The application of Gliricidia sepium in 7.5% dose gets the best results.
The combination of 5% (S2) cow and 7.5% Gliricidia sepium (G3) obtained
optimum results and showed interaction in increasing C-organic whereas in other
parameters pH, KPK, N-available, P-available, K- available, wet weight, dry
weight, and did not show any real difference in Plant height.
