Abstract

RINGKASAN
PT Gawi Maju Karsa (PT GMK) merupakan perusahaan nasional yang
bergerak dibidang usaha penambangan dan peremukan andesit yang berlokasi di
Desa Dadirejo, Kecamatan Bagelen, Kabupaten Purworejo, Jawa Tengah.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara teknis unit peremuk yang
menyebabkan belum tercapainya target produksi harian.
Produk harian yang dihasilkan saat ini sebesar 482 ton/hari dengan material
yang dihasilkan yaitu produk ukuran -30+20 mm sebesar 91,17 ton/jam atau
29,93%, produk ukuran -20+10 mm sebesar 113,4 ton/jam atau 37,23%, produk
ukuran -10+5 mm sebesar 51,54 ton/jam atau 16,92% dan produk ukuran -5 mm
sebesar 48,47 ton/jam atau 15,91%. Target distribusi ukuran produk yang
diinginkan yaitu produk ukuran -30+20 mm target produksi >30% atau
>91,37 ton/jam, produk ukuran -20+10 mm target produksi <38% atau
<115,74 ton/jam, produk ukuran -10+5 mm target produksi <17% atau
<51,78 ton/jam dan produk ukuran -5 mm target produksi <15% atau
<45,69 ton/jam. Berdasarkan data tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa belum
tercapainya target distribusi ukuran produk yang diharapkan perusahaan yaitu
produk ukuran - 30+20 mm >30% serta produk ukuran -5 mm <15%.
Perbaikan yang dilakukan yaitu dengan mengubah closed setting Hydraulic
Cone Crusher HC 300 dari yang semula 10 mm menjadi 11,5 mm agar produk
ukuran -30+20 mm meningkat dan produk ukuran -5 mm berkurang.
Setelah dilakukan perubahan pada closed setting Hydraulic Cone Crusher
HC 300, maka didapat target distribusi ukuran produk dengan rincian produk
ukuran -30+20 mm sebesar 151,94 ton/jam atau 49,89%, produk ukuran
- 20+10 mm sebesar 76,02 ton/jam atau 24,96%, produk ukuran -10+5 mm sebesar
39,66 ton/jam atau 13,02% dan produk ukuran -5 mm sebesar 36,95 ton/jam atau
12,13%.

SUMMARY
PT Gawi Maju Karsa (PT GMK) is a national company engaged in the
andesite mining and crushing business that located in Dadirejo Village, Bagelen
District, Purworejo Regency, Central Java. This study aims to technically examine
the crusher unit that causes the daily production target to have not been achieved.
The daily production is currently 482 tons/day, with the material produced,
namely product size -30+20 mm is 91,17 tons/hour or 29,93%, product size
- 20+10 mm is 113,4 ton/hour or 37,23%, product size -10+5 mm is 51,54 ton/hour
or 16,92%, and product size -5 mm is 48,47 ton/hour or 15,91%. The product size
distribution target is, namely product size -30+20 mm with the production target of
>30% or >91,37 tons/hour, product size -20+10 mm with the production target of
<38% or <115,74 tons/hour, product size -10+5 mm with the production target of
<17% or <51,78 tons/hour and product size -5 mm with the production target of
<15% or <45,69 ton/hour. Based on these data, it can be seen that the product size
distribution target has not been achieved, namely product size -30+20 mm >30%
and product size -5 mm <15%.
Repairs were made by changing the closed setting of the Hydraulic Cone
Crusher HC 300 from the original 10 mm to 11,5 mm so that the product size
- 30+20 mm increase and the product size -5 mm decrease.
After repairs were made to the closed setting of the Hydraulic Cone Crusher
HC 300, the product size distribution target was obtained, with the details of the
product size -30+20 mm is 151,94 tons/hour or 49,89%, product size -20+10 mm
is 76,02 tons/hour or 24,96%, product size -10+5 mm is 39,66 tons/hour or 13,02%,
and product size -5 mm is 36,95 tons/hour or 12,13%.
