INTISARI
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tingkat kemiskinan,
fasilitas kesehatan, dan jumlah guru terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM)
kabupaten/kota di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta tahun 2005-2019. Penelitian ini
berbasis pada data sekunder yaitu data yang bersumber dari publikasi Badan Pusat
Statistik. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel dengan metode
fixed effect models. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa variabel tingkat
kemiskinan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap variabel Indeks
Pembangunan Manusia (IPM), variabel jumlah fasilitas kesehatan berpengaruh
positif dan signifikan terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM), sedangkan
variabel jumlah guru tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Indeks
Pembangunan Manusia (IPM).

ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the effect of poverty levels, health facilities, and the
number of teachers on the district/city Human Development Index (HDI) in the
Special Region of Yogyakarta in 2005-2019. This research is based on secondary
data, namely data sourced from the publication of the Central Bureau of Statistics.
The analysis tool used is panel data regression with the fixed effect model method.
Based on the results of the study, the poverty level variable has a negative and
significant effect on the Human Development Index (HDI), the number of health
facilities has a positive and significant effect on the Human Development Index
(HDI), and the number of teachers has no significant effect on the Human
Development Index (HDI).
