Abstract

1 xiii TEKNIK KONSERVASI MATA AIR DUSUN TANCAK, DESA RANUAGUNG, KECAMATAN KECAMATAN TIRIS, KABUPATEN PROBOLINGGO, PROVINSI JAWA TIMUR Muhammad Bekti Apriyanto 114160072 INTISARI Dusun Tancak, Desa Ranuagung, Kecamatan Tiris, Kabupaten Probolinggo merupakan daerah yang memiliki satu sumber air. Mata air merupakan sumber air bersih yang sering dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat setempat. Mata air yang berada di Dusun Tancak memiliki debit yang kecil dibandingkan dengan daerah imbuhannya yang cukup luas. Pengelolaan mata air diperlukan untuk menjaga kualitas dan kuantitas mata air agar dapat mengalir sepanjang tahun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi karateristik dari daerah imbuhan mata air tancak, mengidentifikasi kualitas dan kuantitas mata air, dan memberikan arahan teknik konservasi mata air yang dapat diterapkan di daerah penelitian Metode yang digunakan yaitu survei dan pemetaan lapangan, uji laboratorium, metode matematis, metode analisis dan metode evaluasi. Karateristik daerah imbuhan yang dikaji berdasarkan PerMen PU no.2 Tahun 2013 dan infiltrasi. Karakteristik mata air yang di analisis berupa sebaran mata air, tipe mata air dan potensi mata air berupa kuantitas, kualitas mata air. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa daerah imbuhan berada pada bagian barat daya hingga timur laut didominasi oleh klasifikasi sedang dalam menyerap air dengan laju infiltrasi cepat – sedang cepat. Karateristik daerah imbuhan yaitu curah hujan 2850-3000 mm/tahun, kemiringan lereng curam, miring, agak miring dan datar, penggunaan lahan kebun, ladang, semak, hutan dan pemukiman, tekstur tanah lempung pasiran dan pasir geluhan. Karakteristik mata air adalah tersebar pada bentuklahan lereng dengan tipe berdasarkan sifat pengaliran mata air parenial, debit kelas III dan IV, mata air tipe rekahan. Kualitas mata air yang dianalisis menghasilkan nilai kekeruhan 0,51 NTU, air tidak berwarna, TDS 277 mg/L, pH 6,92, KMnO4 1,07 mg/L, Fe <0,0413 mg/L dan total coliform 0,008 CFU/mL. Potensi mata air secara kuantitas mampu mencukupi pada setiap tahun dan secara kualitas tidak memenuhi bakumutu parameter total coliform. Teknik konservasi mata air yang dilakukan berupa pembuatan sumur resapan dan teras pada daerah imbuhan. Kata Kunci : Mata air, Daerah Imbuhan, Kualitas dan Kuantitas Mata air, Konservasi Mata air, Potensi Mata air. 0 xiv SPRING CONSERVATION TANCAK, RANUAGUNG VILLAGE, TIRIS DISTRICT, PROBOLINGGO REGENCY, EAST JAVA PROVINCE Muhammad Bekti Apriyanto 114160072 ABSTRAC Tancak, Ranuagung Village, Tiris District, Probolinggo Regency is an area that has one water source. Springs are a source of clean water that is often used by the local community. The spring in Tancak Hamlet has a small discharge compared to its quite extensive recharge area. Spring management is needed to maintain the quality and quantity of springs so that they can flow throughout the year. This study aims to identify the characteristics of the recharge area of tancak springs, identify the quality and quantity of springs, and provide direction for spring conservation techniques that can be applied in the research area. The method used were survey and mapping method, mathematical method and laboratory test and evaluation. Recharge area condition reviewed based on PerMen PU No. 2 Tahun 2013 and their infiltration rate. Springs characteristic reviewed in the form of springs distribution, springs type and springs potential in quantity, quality and community water needs. The results showed that the recharge area in the southwest to the northeast is dominated by the classification of medium absorbing water with a fast - medium fast infiltration rate. The characteristics of the recharge area are 2850-3000 mm / year of rainfall, steep, sloping, slightly sloping and flat, land use for gardens, fields, shrubs, forests and settlements, sandy loam soil texture and loamy sand. Springs characteristic were located at the slope landform, with the type based of springs were perennial, springs discharge in level III and IV, and type of fractured springs. The quality of the springs analyzed resulted in a turbidity value of 0.51 NTU, colorless water, TDS 277 mg / L, pH 6.92, KMnO4 1,07 mg / L, Fe <0.0413 mg / L and total coliform 0.008 CFU / mL. The potential of springs in quantity is sufficient every year and in terms of quality does not meet the parameters of total coliform bacteria. The spring conservation technique carried out is in the form of making infiltration wells and terraces for recharge area.
