Abstract

vii ABSTRAK PT Ritelteam Sejahtera Indonesia (Ritelteam) adalah salah satu perusahaan konsultan manajemen bisnis ritel. Ritelteam memberikan pelayanan dalam beragam bidang seperti toko ritel modern (mini market, super market, department store, hardware store, dan lain lain) ritel bahan bangunan, apotik, maupun grosir modern. Penelitian ini berfokus pada Divisi Konsultan dan Information Technology (IT) yang secara garis besar memiliki tanggung jawab untuk melayani pelanggan dan memastikan sistem informasi di dalam perusahaan berjalan lancar. Sistem informasi sangat penting dalam mendukung fungsi operasional, manajerial dan mencakup kegiatan strategi yang dibutuhkan pada pengelolaan transaksi harian. Namun, dibalik manfaat yang diberikan, tentunya penggunaan teknologi informasi tidak dapat terlepas dari risiko yang dapat menghambat bahkan merugikan perusahaan. Untuk melakukan identifikasi proses TI, kerangka kerja yang digunakan adalah COBIT 5 Enabling Process, serta untuk melakukan manajemen risiko dibantu dengan standar COBIT 5 for risk. Risiko diidentifikasi dari proses manajemen operasi yang terjadi di organisasi. Penggalian data didapatkan dari proses wawancara, observasi, dan dokumen perusahaan. Hasil penggalian data kemudian dicocokkan dengan proses COBIT 5 DSS 01- Manage Operations. Lalu dilakukan identifkasi, penilaian dan manajemen risiko berdasarkan proses pada COBIT 5 APO12 Manage Risk. Produk akhir yang dihasilkan dari tugas akhir ini adalah hasil penilaian dan langkah mitigasi risiko proses manajemen operasi berdasarkan kerangka kerja COBIT 5 yang dapat digunakan sebagai acuan untuk mengelola risiko agar dapat mengantisipasi kerugian. viii ABSTRACT PT Ritelteam Sejahtera Indonesia (Ritelteam) is a retail business management consulting firm. Ritelteam provides services in various fields such as modern retail stores (mini markets, super markets, department stores, hardware stores, etc.), building materials retail, pharmacies, and modern wholesalers. This research focuses on the Consultant and Information Technology (IT) Division which broadly has the responsibility to serve customers and ensure the information systems within the company run smoothly. Information systems are very important in supporting operational, managerial functions and include strategic activities needed in managing daily transactions. However, behind the benefits provided, of course, the use of information technology cannot be separated from the risks that can hinder and even harm the company. To identify IT processes, the framework used is COBIT 5 Enabling Process, and to carry out risk management assisted by the COBIT 5 for risk standard. Risks are identified from operations management processes that occur in the organization. Data were obtained from the interview process, observation, and company documents. The results of the data obtained are then matched with the COBIT 5 DSS 01-Manage Operations process. Then, the identification, assessment and risk management are carried out based on the COBIT 5 APO12 Manage Risk process. The final product resulting from this final project is the result of risk assessment and mitigation steps in the operations management process based on the COBIT 5 framework which can be used as a reference for managing risk in order to anticipate losses.
