Abstract

ANALISIS NILAI TAMBAH DAN STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN
UMKM MARISA FOOD DI DESA PATEMON
KECAMATAN BOJONGSARI KABUPATEN PURBALINGGA

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Menganalisis nilai tambah produk abon
lele pada UMKM Marisa Food, (2) Menganalisis strategi pengembangan usaha
pada UMKM Marisa Food. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode
deskriptif dengan menggunakan penelitian studi kasus. Metode pengambilan
responden menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden
empat orang. Macam data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer
dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan menggunakan teknik
wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, kuesioner dan FGD. Teknik analisis data yang
digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Analisis Nilai Tambah dengan menggunakan
Metode Hayami dan Analisis Strategi Pengembangan Usaha dengan menggunakan
Evaluasi Faktor Internal (EFI), Evaluasi Faktor Eksternal (EFE), matriks InternalEksternal (IE), matriks Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats (SWOT), dan
Quantitive Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa
(1) Nilai tambah yang dihasilkan dari pengolahan abon lele sebesar Rp 50.512/kg
(2) Strategi pengembangan usaha yang dapat diterapkan pada UMKM Marisa Food
yaitu memperluas saluran distribusi produk.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to (1) Analyze the value added of catfish abon product in
Marisa Food MSME, (2) Analyze business development strategy of Marisa Food
MSME. The research method used was descriptive method by using case study
research. The method of collecting respondents was by using purposive sampling
method that later on the number of respondents was four people. The types of data
used in this study were primary and secondary data. The data collection techniques
used were interview, observation, documentation, questionnaire and FGD. The
data analysis technique used in this study was Value Added Analysis by using
Hayami Method and Business Development Strategy Analysis, that were Internal
Factor Evaluation (IFE), External Factor Evaluation (EFE), Internal-External (IE)
matrix, Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat (SWOT) matrix, and Quantitive
Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). The results showed that (1) The value added
generated from the shredded catfish processing was Rp 50.512/kg (2) The business
development strategy that could be applied in Marisa Food MSME is expanding
the product distribution channel.
