METODE GEOLISTRIK KONFIGURASI DIPOLE-DIPOLE
LAPANGAN “HCG” KABUPATEN KULONPROGO,DIY
YOGYAKARTA

Pembangunan bandar udara internasional Yogyakarta di Kulon Progo memacu
pembangunan infrakstruktur di sektor lainnya di daerah tersebut. Dibutuhkan bahanbahan salah satunya iyalah batuan,batuan yang baik untuk pembangunan infrastruktur
adalah batuan yang memiliki tingkat kekerasan ataupun densitas tertentu dan
memiliki daya tahan yang kuat terhadap berbagai macam kondisi dan cuaca salah satu
contohnya adalah batuan andesit.
Metode geolistrik merupakan salah satu metode yang ada dalam geofisika yang
dapat memetakan kondisi bawah permukaan dengan cara menginjeksikan arus ke
dalam tanah,dan konfigurasi dipole-dipole mempunyai keunggulan penetrasi yang
dalam dan mempunyai kesensitifan yang sangat tinggi kearah horizontal dan sedang
untuk arah vertikal. Daerah penelitian terdapat 9 lintasan dengan panjang lintasan 470
meter dan arah dari utara ke selatan.
Didapatkan 3 perbedaan range nilai resistivitasyang dihasilkan dari inversi 2D
dengan Res2Dinv, yaitu nilai resistivitas kurang dari 116 ohm.m diinterpretasikan
sebagai breksi mengandung air atau soil,kemungkinan karena berdekatan dengan alur
liar yang dialiri air yang menyebabkan batuan tersebut mengalami keretakan sehingga
porositasnya tinggi. Nilai resistivitas 116-291 ohm.m diinterpretasikan sebagai breksi
dan nilai resistivitas 291-730 ohm.m diinterpretasikan sebagai andesit,andesit
memiliki respon nilai resistivitas yang tinggi dikarenakan andesit adalah batuan beku
dan resistif sehingga ada kontras nilai dengan batuan sekitarnya. Dan dengan
Discover 3D diketahui penyebaran andesit terbentang di utara dan selatan daerah
penelitian baik bersifat ekstrusi maupun intrusi

The construction of Yogyakarta International Airport in Kulon Progo has influenced
the infrastructure development in other sectors in that regency. Raw materials such as
rocks are required. Rocks that are good for infrastructure development must possess
strong durability and a certain density. Furthermore, the rocks must be resilient to
weather conditions and other necessary conditions, an example of such rock is andesite
rock.
The geoelectric method is a method in the field of geophysics to map the area
underground by injecting electrical currents to the ground, and dipole-dipole
configuration has the advantages of deep ground penetration and having a high sensitivity
to the horizontal and medium sensitivity to the vertical. At the location, there are 9 tracks
with 470 meters in length spanning from north to south.
There are 3 range differences in resistivity value generated from 2D inversion by
Res2Dinv, that is the resistivity value less than 116 ohm.m is interpreted as the breccia
rock that contains water or soil, potentially because it is located near the flowing water
that caused the rock to crack; thus, it has high porosity. The resistivity value of 116-291
ohm.m is interpreted as breccia and the resistivity value of 291-730 ohm.m is interpreted
as andesite. Andesite has a high resistivity value for the reason that andesite is igneous
rock and is resistive, therefore it has contrasting values with the other surrounding rocks.
By using Discover 3D, it was found that andesite is distributed on the northern and
southern areas of the research location, both as extrusive rocks and intrusive rocks.
