Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analyze whether eight financials ratio can be different listed and unlisted company at Jakarta Stock Exchange over the 200 I - 2003 period. The method used in the analy sis are discriminant analysis. Based on stepwise statistic analysis, it is found ROE and IT can be proved to different listed and unlisted com pany. This result also shows, based on discriminant value there are four factors that are: ROA, ROE, IT and CR is critical factors to influ ence listed and unlisted company.
